1. Processing Time

You’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details once your order is shipped.
Track your parcel anytime or contact our support team if you face issues.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your product arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@diarashine.com with photos of the package. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
5. Address Changes
Address changes are allowed before dispatch only. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
