We want you to love everything you order from DiaraShine.
If something isn’t right, our return and refund process is simple and customer-friendly.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • The wrong or defective product was received

Non-returnable items include personalized items, hygiene-sensitive products, and clearance sale items.


2. Return Process

  1. Email us at info@diarashine.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Attach clear photos (for damaged or wrong items).

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or provide return instructions.


3. Refunds

After inspection, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact us for assistance.


4. Exchange Policy

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or wrong.
For exchanges, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@diarashine.com.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once dispatched, you may initiate a return instead.
